Have you ever wondered why some matches seem to work out so well and others are like Hell? It has to do with basic compatibility of the two people. For example, if one member likes to get up early and the other likes to sleep late it is going to be very hard for them to really bond. Situations like this make it very difficult to build a lasting relationship.
There is another measure of how compatible two people will be that has been around for thousands of years. There must be a reason why a system would stay around that long when thousands of others have gone by the wayside. The system I am referring to is influenced by the stars, planets, and moon. Zodiac compatibility is based on using the houses of the zodiac to determine how two people will get along. For example, I am a Taurus and my wife is a Scorpio. These two are supposed to have a lot of problems if they decide to bond but in the end the bonding becomes very strong. I am still waiting for the second half of the equation.
Search out the methods the ancients used and see what you can find.

Lower Tryglicerides For Better Health

Heart disease is still the number one killer of people in the US. You would think that with all the information about how exercise and diet affect the health of our hearts that the general population would be getting the message. Apparently that is not the case. People are still consuming tons of fast food and other unhealthy treats every day and not thinking twice about it. If you ask these people what they are thinking they say something like "you gotta die sometime, I might as well enjoy myself till then." The problem is if they don't die they become a tremendous burden on our health care system. These people's poor eating habits can mean society has to support them for years to come.
It really is not that hard to eat a better diet than McDonald's and Burger King everyday. Fruits and vegetables make a big difference and eating meats that are low in saturated fats like turkey and chicken can help a lot too. There is all kinds of publications out there on how to lower triglycerides and a lot of it isn't really very hard to implement. Exercise can help a lot, I know because that is how I get my good cholesterol numbers up. If you are reaching middle age you really should be considering getting a handle on heart disease.

Revivogen How It Works

Revivogen is a new hair growth formula that is directly made for the regrowth of hair caused by male pattern baldness. MPB is cause by a build up of DHT at the follicles of hair. This DHT is a metabolite of the male hormone testosterone. It has also been linked to enlarged protstrate in men and actually the treatment for male pattern baldness came from studies on shrinking the male prostrate gland. During clinical trials it was found that men who were being treated for enlarged prostrate were also experiencing hair growth where they hadn't had it for years.
More studies were conducted and it was determined that DHT was the culprit in the hair loss associated with MPB. Revivogen is a product developed by a dermatologist to treat hair loss caused by a build up of DHT. One of the ingredients in the formula is saw palmetto extract. This has been used for years in Europe to treat a variety of things and recently it has been used for baldness in men. It is a natural extract and so far does not seem to cause any side effects.
By using Revivogen shampoo a man is able to get the extract and hopefully regrow his hair.

Teach Your Children Self Confidence to Combat Potential Addiction

Addiction is a very complex subject that we are only starting to understand. For years and years we blamed addiction on a failing of the person's will inner strength. Finally society and health care professionals are realizing that the causes of addiction are very complex with about 50% being attributed to genetic factors.
There are several character traits of people who tend to not become addicted. One of this is self-confidence. Although it is not unknown for a person with good self-esteem to become addicted to a substance, it appears that people who have a high regard for themselves and their abilities are not nearly as easily drawn in to an addictive life style. If this correlation hold it would be prudent for parents to spend time building self confidence in children as a safe guard from addiction. If the correlation turns out to not be true there has been nothing lost because people can always use more self confidence in there lives.
One form of addiction that has not received much attention although it is becoming a massive health problem is pain killer addiction. Good, average citizens through no fault of their own are becoming addicted to certain drugs after an injury that causes severe pain. One of the most addictive pain killers is Vicodin which is actually the trade name for Hydrocodone. Hydrocodone addiction usually occurs after a person has been prescribed the drugs for pain resulting from an accident or on the job injury. Addiction is very quickly achieved if the patients stays on the drug for longer than a very short time.
This is a case where personality traits like self confidence may not play a very big role at all. The person with more self esteem may find it easier to fight the addiction but that has not been proven at this time.

Low Carb Food Diet

Our country is drowning in medical bills and a large fraction of the cost of those medical procedures is because of our epidemics of obesity and diabetes. Both of these can be traced to a diet high in simple carbohydrates. Simple carbohydrates come from things like processed white bread, processed sugar, and high fructose corn syrup. All of these are endemic to our diets now a days. Low carb meals can help you to control both of these problems.

The best no carb or low carb food is meat. A long with meat is eggs and anything else that has a lot of protein. The protein works to keep your appetite down and you fill in with vegetable ruffage. You can eat all the green vegetables you want when you are on a no carb foods diet. The things you neet to stay from are white wheat, white rice, potatoes, and white sugar. All of these contain empty calories any way so if you want to lose weight then limiting them will help with that also.

You can usually eat all the meat you want when you are on a low carb diet. The thing is people usually get tired of the protein when they are on this type of diet. The hardest part is sticking with the ban on high carb foods

Is Stress Getting You Down

Are you feeling the effects of stress in your life? Are you having trouble sleeping at night? Have you lost your appetite or are you eating more than you should? Are you cranky ans short with the people around you? Have you lost you interest in life and do you feel that nothing is worth putting effort into?

All of these are symptoms of stress. The number of people who are exhibiting the effects of stress is skyrocketing because of the current economic climate. If you are having any of these symptoms you must seek help to combat the health effects of chronic stress.

I have found the biggest cause if stress in my life is living in the future instead of the present. I ten to be a planner and so I am always planning how things will work out. As you know things never go according to plan. When my plans don't work out I tend to get very upset. It wasn't until I realized that I could either shorten my life by stressing over what could have or should have happened or I could relax and probably live a lot longer.

I chose the latter and I feel much better. I used to have high blood pressure but that is now a thing of the past. One of the greatest health issue is obesity and the percentage of people who are overweight. The affects of obesity are many including heart disease, diabetes, hormonal imbalance, and orthopedic problems. If we don't learn how to get a handle on this epidemic of fat we will bankrupt our private and public health plans.
So the question is what do we do about the amount of people who overeat or who eat the wrong foods. We could try to tax unhealthy food but I doubt that would have much impact as it doesn't seem to have helped with cigarettes. I work in a plant with a lot of guys in their 20's and it is absolutely amazing how many of them smoke. And the numbers seem to be increasing. You would think that after years of hearing how bad smoking is for them that they would never have thought to pick up a cigarette but that is not the case. Now with taxes a pack of cigarettes is over $5 and they still smoke. These are guys who make $9 an hour so if you figure withholding taxes they are working almost an hour for a pack of cigs. No I don't think taxing will help.
Some how er have to help people choose a healthy diet for weight loss because it will not work to try to force anyone to eat right. That would be like forcing an alcoholic to stop drinking. It does not work and AA found that our over half a century ago. If someone is going to lose weight they will have to do it on their own and can not be forced.
We really have to look at all aspects of our nutritional intakes if we want to get healthy and get our national weight back to levels that do not predispose us to disease. I have been looking at the uses of green tea over the centuries for control of weight and overall nutritional benefit. You should look into its uses as it really does seem to be a wonder food.
Green tea is the silver bullet that will solve all our problems though. You can't expect to get much of a benefit by having a cup of green tea along with a big mac and fries. If we are going to control this obesity epidemic we are going to have to fight on both the diet and exercise fronts.
